Charge it over USB-C with any standard phone charger. The LED display shows power and charge state, so you can see where it stands before you start. It runs cordless, and you can keep trimming while it is plugged in if the battery is low.
The body is fully washable and the cutter head is designed to be rinsed under running water after each use. Rinse the head, shake off the water, and let it dry fully before the next trim. Do not submerge it while it is charging.
Brush the hair out of the 18 mm ceramic head and rinse it after every use — packed hair is the usual reason a trimmer feels slow. Replace the blade when it starts pulling rather than cutting cleanly. Blade Refill 3-packs are $14, and every order includes a spare blade in the free Quiet Kit.

The P1 uses a low-noise, low-vibration motor in the 35 dB class — quiet enough that most dogs stay settled through a trim. Let your dog hear it running for a few seconds before it touches a paw, do one pad at a time, and stop while the dog is still calm.
Yes. The P1 works on dogs and cats, and on paws, face, ears and rump. Cats generally tolerate shorter sessions, so work in one or two areas at a time rather than trying to finish everything in a single sitting.
The G1 is a quiet, 2-speed USB rechargeable nail grinder, $39. It takes nails down smoothly instead of cutting them, and it pairs with the P1 so fur and nails happen in the same sitting. Both together are the Paw System bundle.

Returns are accepted within 30 days on unused items in original condition — start one in the returns portal with your order number and email. Every trimmer and grinder is covered by a 2-year warranty against faults; contact us with your order number and we’ll sort a replacement.
