A little detail helps.
For order questions, include your order number and the email used at checkout. Please don't send payment details.
Find your tracking →How do I choose my size?
Measure your natural waist and the fullest part of your hips, then compare both with the chart on the product page. Sizes vary by style. If your measurements fall between the listed ranges, contact us before ordering.
Briefs or shorts: which should I choose?
Briefs leave more of the leg uncovered. Shorts extend the layer over the upper thigh. Consider the length and fabric of your outfit, then check the details for the style you like.
Will shapewear change my body?
Shapewear can change the appearance of an outfit while worn. It is not a weight-loss product and does not permanently change your body.
Where does my order ship from?
Our pieces ship through fulfillment partners. Check the product and shipping policy for current estimates. Items may arrive separately. Delivery by a specific event is not guaranteed.
What if the fit isn't right?
Please read the return policy before ordering, including hygiene and item-condition requirements. Contact us with your order number for help.
