Refund policy

Updated October 11, 2026. This policy applies to Heelside shapewear purchased from this date. Earlier purchases remain subject to the policy in effect when ordered.

Returns within 30 days

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Intimate garments must be unworn, unwashed, free of marks or fragrance, and returned with original tags and any hygiene seals intact. Worn underwear cannot be returned for a change of mind or size. This does not limit help for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Start a return

Email mmoluny4@gmail.com with your order number, the item and your reason for returning it. We will provide the return instructions and address. Please do not send items to the address on the shipping label without contacting us first.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping for a change of mind or size. We cover reasonable return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect; contact us first for instructions. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post it.

Exchanges and duos

For an eligible size change, request a return and place a new order. A duo is sold as one set: return both unworn pieces together for a full change-of-mind refund. If only one piece is faulty or incorrect, contact us and we will resolve the affected item.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement or refund. Do not discard the item until we have responded.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only before fulfillment has begun. Once dispatched, the applicable return process applies.
