Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link and access to your order status page.
Follow your parcel.
Open the shipping confirmation email and select “View your order” or the carrier tracking link. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.
Can't find your email?
Check your spam folder, then send us your order number and checkout email. We'll help you locate the shipment.
