Tracking can sit still for 24–48 hours after pickup. That is normal, and it is not a lost parcel.

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard US delivery is 5–8 business days after that.
Carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to scan a package after pickup. If there’s no movement after that, contact us and we’ll investigate.
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, contact support as soon as possible and we’ll update it. Once dispatched, the address can’t be changed.
