Terms of service

These terms cover your use of heelside.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.

WHO WE ARE

HEELSIDE sells home paw-care tools directly to owners. Contact: support@heelside.com

ORDERS

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address. If we decline after taking payment, we refund in full.

Prices are in US dollars and include no taxes or duties unless stated at checkout.

PRICING ERRORS

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we are not obliged to sell at it. We will contact you, and you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

USING THE PRODUCT

The P1 trims the fur that grows past a dog's paw pads. It is not a medical device and it is not a substitute for veterinary care. Do not use it on broken skin, on an open wound, or on a dog that is fighting you. If your dog is limping, is licking a paw persistently, or has a swollen or discoloured pad, see a vet before you trim.

Read the trim guide before the first use. The cutter is designed so it cannot reach the pad in normal use — do not press it down onto one anyway.

CONTENT ON THIS SITE

The text, photographs, video and design on heelside.com belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Reviews and owner photographs are published with the reviewer's permission. Where a review or an image is used to illustrate the product rather than to report a specific customer's experience, it is marked as such.

LIABILITY

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for loss caused by using the product against these terms or the trim guide, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order is the version that governs it.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of that state. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the state where you live.
