These terms cover your use of getheelside.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.

ORDERS

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address. If we decline after taking payment, we refund in full.

Prices are in US dollars and include no taxes or duties unless stated at checkout.

PRICING ERRORS

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we are not obliged to sell at it. We will contact you, and you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

USING THE PRODUCT

Choose shapewear using the chart for the exact style, and follow the garment care label. Shapewear is a clothing layer, not a medical or weight-loss product. It does not permanently change your body. Do not size down to increase shaping; stop wearing a garment that causes discomfort.

CONTENT ON THIS SITE

The text, photographs, video and design on getheelside.com belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

We do not invent customer reviews. Any customer feedback shown is identified by its source. Supplier product photography is not a Heelside customer testimonial. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, body and selected size.

LIABILITY

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for loss caused by using the product against these terms or the product instructions, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order is the version that governs it.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of that state. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the state where you live.
