Shipping policy

Updated October 11, 2026. The estimates below apply to our current shapewear collection.

Where we ship

We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States. Available services are shown at checkout for your address.

Shipping cost

Standard US shipping is $5.95 for orders below $35 and free for orders of $35 or more. The qualifying amount is the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes. Your final shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Origin and delivery estimates

Our shapewear ships directly from our fulfillment partner in China. Current supplier estimates are 1–3 days for processing and 5–11 days in transit after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Supplier processing, customs, carrier capacity, holidays and remote destinations can extend the time.

We do not guarantee arrival for Halloween or another specific event. If a material delay occurs, contact us for an updated estimate and available options.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, your shipping confirmation will include a tracking link. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created. If there is no movement for 5 business days, contact us with your order number. Items in one order may ship separately.

Your address

Check your address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, email us immediately. Changes are only possible before fulfillment begins; we cannot guarantee rerouting after dispatch.

Missing, damaged or incorrect parcels

If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery details and with other people at the address, then contact us. For a damaged or incorrect item, keep the packaging and send photos with your order number. We will investigate and help arrange an appropriate resolution.
